About Us

Owned and operated by FC Dallas, the UMB Bank Performance Center is conveniently located less than a mile from Toyota Stadium. The indoor facility is home to numerous soccer performance programs and events. Programming for U9 – U19 athletes focuses on developing speed, agility, strength, and overall performance through age-appropriate, sports-specific training. Using video analysis, customized plans, and mental and nutritional support, we help athletes improve technique, reduce injury risk, and build confidence. Sessions are designed to align with developmental stages and maximize long-term success, whether through fun foundational drills or advanced preparation for collegiate or professional play.
